IT Wala Software Services – Software Training Institute
By enrolling in our training programs, students and learners agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility for Enrollment

Applicants must have basic computer knowledge and educational qualifications as per course requirements.The institute reserves the right to accept or reject applications at its discretion.

Fee Structure & Payment

Course fees must be paid in full or as per the installment plan before the start of the course. Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances, except if the course is cancelled by the institute. Payment can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or any other accepted mode.

Course Delivery & Access

Courses are delivered via online or offline (classroom) mode. Students must maintain a minimum attendance (generally 75%) to be eligible for certification. Course materials (videos, PDFs, assignments) are strictly for personal learning use only.

Certification Policy

Certificate of Completion is awarded only upon successful course completion, attendance, and performance in assignments/tests. The certificate is issued in digital format unless otherwise specified.

Use of Training Materials

All materials provided during the course (videos, presentations, code, assignments) are intellectual property of IT Wala Software Services. Reproduction, resale, or redistribution of course content is strictly prohibited. Legal action may be taken in case of misuse.

Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain discipline, professionalism, and respectful communication. Any disruptive behavior, abuse, or misconduct may lead to termination of enrollment without refund.

Placement Assistance

We provide placement support, including resume building, interview preparation, and job alerts. We do not guarantee job placement, but we provide guidance based on student performance and market readiness.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Course cancellation by students is non-refundable. If the institute cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, full or partial refund or course rescheduling may be provided

Privacy Policy

Personal details like name, email, contact number, and educational background are collected only for course registration and support. Your data is secure and will never be shared with third parties without consent.
